From holding regular sales training workshops to educate our dealers about the latest products and innovations that we are bringing to the market to our 1-1 demonstration sessions with Kyle. We are adamant that our customers succeed and are determined to provide each operation with the right kit so they can achieve their dreams and be a forced to be reckoned with in the food service industry!
Are you a catering equipment engineer that sometimes comes across our kit and are a bit unsure of the mechanics of it? Or are you a service engineer that would like to join our network of trusted LLK trained and approved response engineers that help maintain, service and repair our kit nationwide? We offer in depth engineer training on our Cuppone equipment and living flame pizza ovens, delivered by our Technical Director Will. The sessions are free, informative and include pizza lunch! Our demonstration kitchen is fully operational and has been specifically designed for our customers to try before they buy. Dealers are welcome to attend with or without their customers whilst the very knowledgeable Kyle talks them through the range of products and tailors the session to their individual requirements.

Our sales training workshops have been designed for our distributors, in order to train all members of the team, from sales to designers. LLK’s fun filled, yet educational days have been carefully planned to provide vital sales training and to build relationships with our team. Sessions include full product training and a whole host of culinary delights cooked by our lovely team! We are wholly committed to our mission to educate the nation on all things pizza. From picking the right equipment, to using the right fermentation process, we are attacking this from all angles! As well as offering advice over the phone, meeting with customers in our demo kitchen and arming our network of distributors with key information we are creating a community on our YouTube channel where pizza people can find answers to their burning questions, bust some myths on which pizza oven is 'best', hear insights from other pizza people in the business and of course, dive into the benefits of different models of pizza ovens.
