You have to try our Creme Egg Cookie Dough Recipe!

If you want to want to serve up your customers a treat this Easter we have the perfect recipe for you!

As many of our customers know you can cook an array of dishes in any of our ovens- The Rake in Littleborough cook everything in their Cuppone Tiziano oven so, we thought we would put our very own Tiziano oven in our fabulous demonstration kitchen to the test and treat our hard working sales & service teams.

This recipe is easy to make and you can even cook it at home! Take a look below!


110g of Butter
1 tablespoon Organic Golden Syrup
130g White Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Flavouring
1 Egg
200g Plain Flour
100g Chocolate Chips (Available in the baking section)
5 Cadbury Creme Eggs
120g Milkybar Chocolate


Step 1 

Preheat your oven, we preheated our Cuppone Tiziano oven to 180°C.

Step 2  

In a separate pan gently melt together the butter and golden syrup, once this is melted remove from the heat and leave for one minute.

Step 3

Next stir in the white sugar, vanilla essence and then add an egg into the pan, mixing it well.

Step 4 

Then slowly add the flour until a batter is formed, add your chocolate chips and your cookie dough is complete.

Step 5

Next grease a skillet with a pastry brush and unsalted butter.

Step 6 

Then spoon the mixture into the skillet (if you don’t have a skillet you can use any greased and lined baking tin) and flatten evenly.

Step 7

Cut two creme eggs into half and press into the mixture at various points and place the cookie pizza into the oven for 20 minutes until golden.

Step 8 

Once cooked, carefully remove the cookie pizza from the oven with a pizza paddle or heat proof gloves. Then take the remainder of the creme eggs, smash them and place on top of the cookie, grating the remaining pieces of white chocolate over the cookie dough.

Your Creme Egg Cookie Dough Pizza is now finished!
